Founding-partner. Graduated in Law from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – PUC-SP (2003). Specialist in Economic criminal law from University of Coimbra/IBCCRIM. Former President of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBCCRIM (2015-2016). Former President of the Advisory Board of the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences – IBCCRIM (2017-2018). Former legal director of the Institute for the Defense of Defense Rights – IDDD (2012-2013). Member of the Prerogatives Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association – São Paulo Section (2022-2024). Former member and 1st Vice President of the Advisory Board of the São Paulo State’s Public Defender’s Office (2011-2015). Andre has published articles on criminal law and criminal procedure law in national books and journals.
