All of this in light of the passionate knowledge we have on the law and of the firm’s founding ideal of ethics in criminal law practice. It has been this way since 2007, year of our foundation. It will always be this way, because it is the only way to truly practice law.
This way of working was what consolidated, throughout the years, all the respect due to the firm, but not alone.
Attentive to reality, we are aware of the country’s terrifying inequalities, the selectivity and arbitrariness of our justice system. That is why we study and militate in various civil society organizations to change Brazilian legislation, jurisprudence and reality. That is also why we act on behalf of those in need in pro bono cases.
Our fight for a fairer and more egalitarian society motivates us to build a diverse office, attentive to the need for minority representation.
